What is the Helping Heroes Program?

Helping Heroes is a program that was developed by Greg and Tom Ellis, of New Penn Financial, as a way to show our appreciation to the men and women who serve our community. The Helping Heroes Program does this by offering discounts towards the settlement costs associated with buying a home or refinancing a current mortgage loan. We’ve teamed up with local real estate specialists and settlement companies to offer a combined discount program with substantial savings.

If you are looking to refinance your current mortgage, lower interest rate, shorten the term of your loan, or to possibly take equity out to consolidate debts, renovate a home or pay for college, now is the time to take advantage of historically low interest rates.

Contact us today for a no-obligation consultation where we will help you find the right solution for your individual needs.
